Main duties include:

1. – preparing hot & cold foods from our cafe & birthday party menu.
2. – monitoring, ordering, receiving & storing stock.
3. – keeping kitchen areas & equipment organised, clean & tidy at all times.
4. – being able to work well in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
5. – assist with end of day cleaning duties.
6. – working across all other areas of the business during off peak times.

 Applicant must:

1. – Age 18+ years, be available to work weekdays; alternate weekends and during school holidays (3 days p/week,), (22-24hrs), (Open Tues – Sun);
2. – be flexible and reliable;
3. – have excellent communication/customer service skills;
4. – be a team player as well as being able to use their own initiative;
5. – have a good work ethic.

HACCP and kitchen experience desired but not essential.  In house training will be provided.
