I/We have read & understand the RULES OF PLAY of The Playstation (which can be found at https://theplaystation.ie/rules-of-play/) I/We understand it is a 'Play at your Own Risk' playcentre. The Playstation has endeavored to provide a safe playcentre for children to play, in a safe and stimulating environment, in so far as is reasonably practical. Parents/Guardians/Carers/Teachers/Coaches must acknowledge and understand that when children are encouraged to play, run free and explore they are always at risk of being INJURED. There are ALWAYS RISKS associated with children playing, having fun together and being exposed to moderate physical activity. These include but are not limited to tripping, falling over, bumping into each other, bumping into fixed objects, falling down etc. The Playstation cannot be held responsible for accidents caused by children playing on the premises. Please note – Our staff are here to help with any concerns you may have, but cannot take responsibility for any children playing. Children MUST BE SUPERVISED by a parent/guardian/carer/teacher/coach (over 18 years of age) AT ALL TIMES. Thank You. - Parental / Adult supervision is essential. Children are not supervised by The Playstation staff.
- All children are to laugh, have loads of fun and be happy.
- No photos or videos of staff or other customers allowed with permission
- Abusive behaviour of any sort towards staff will not be tolerated. It will result in non entry, you being asked to leave the premises or Garda assistance.
